Our Neighborhoods

You don't have to live at Newbury Court to benefit from skilled nursing care at

Rivercrest Rehab and Nursing

With a maximum of 42 patients at one time, we are able to do what other skilled nursing centers only promise. We provide short term rehab and long term care which is tailored to the individual preferences, needs, and wants of each person in our care.

*Every morning, our team of nurses, social workers, rehab therapists, and chaplains spend over an hour discussing each patient’s/resident’s physical and emotional comfort and progress over the past 24 hours, so that details do not get missed.

*We are staffed so that our caregivers are each responsible for a smaller number of patients than in the typical skilled nursing center.

*We employ no nursing agency or contract therapy  staff, so that all our caregivers are familiar with our mission, our standards, and our systems for providing care.

Among the services we provide are:

  • Post-hospital strengthening
  • Post-injury rehabilitation
  • Pain management
  • IV antibiotic treatment
  • End of life care
  • Chronic illness management, including patient/caregiver training

Our 5 Star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services attests to the quality of our care.  Our satisfied customers attest to the quality of our caring.
