Fitness Programs

The state of the art fitness center is bright and cheerful with a wonderful view of the Sudbury River to motivate you to step onto a strength training machine and get fit! The Fitness Director teaches residents how to use the fitness equipment and gets them started on a fitness routine. A full calendar of classes is available and is included in the monthly fee:
